Victor Moses, Chelsea’s winger and now wing-back, has been put in the official best XI decided by CAF made up of players who did the best in the qualifiers for next summer’s Russia 2018 World Cup.

Moses, who is currently out injured, was outstanding for the Super Eagles as they battled their way to the top of their group to qualify for the tournament next summer.Moses continued to play in his natural position as a winger for his country even as Antonio Conte moved him further back with his club, and he was the main creative and attacking force for the green and whites.

He will be one of their key players heading into the tournament next summer, and will be desperate to follow up on the success the team had at the recent Africa Cup of Nations. On the home front, the former Crystal Palace man began training outdoors again today, and will hope to be approaching fitness by the end of this current international period.
