Winger Leroy Sane, Rated as the fastest Player of all times

Manchester City winger Leroy Sane is now officially the fastest player ever in the Premier League, according to a report from Opta
Sane, a 21-year-old German international, arrived at the Etihad from Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04 last summer for a fee with the potential to rise to £46.5 million.
He has since been in and out of Pep Guardiola’s starting lineup with the Citizens, but has looked immense when given the opportunity so far this season, racking up 5 goals and 2 assists in limited time on the pitch.

One characteristic for which Sane has always been lauded is his blistering pace, which often sees him breeze past opposing defenders with consummate ease.
And, as per the aforementioned report from statistician Opta, it was this attribute which allowed the talented starlet to break a Premier League record last weekend.
During his side’s crucial 1-0 victory over rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Sane was clocked sprinting at 35.48 kilometres per hour (22.05mph).

This stands as the fastest that any player has run in the English top-flight since Opta began taking records, breaking the previous best of 35.44 km/h set by Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy during his side’s title-winning campaign in 2015/16.
